The inspiration behind Crumz was simple and sincere – a passion for artisan fresh baking, coupled with a love for warm hospitality. When we opened our doors in 2003, customers were greeted into Amman’s first neighborly bakery and bistro café concept.
Since then, our handcrafted artisan breads, all-day hearty breakfasts, and gourmet bistro meals quickly marked Crumz as a friendly favorite, whether for lingering over fresh coffee and pastries, or savoring filling sandwiches along with season-crisp salads.
The bread we produce is made with passion, using traditional ways of long fermentation, natural leavens, and sourdoughs. We chose to maintain authentic baking values with a time-honored essence, pulled by high-tech production methodologies. This enabled us to cater to the modern lifestyle with genuine home recipes, lending so much spirit to that homey character we are known for.
From a local creative cafe, our business evolved into different lines of business in response to the increasing demand for our product. In turn, we expanded to offer catering and B2B products, as well as franchising opportunities. This rapid growth confirmed our commitment to premium quality baking and food, using only the finest, most flavorful natural ingredients.
